TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL HOME SLEEP TEST

  • Put everything on about 30 mins before you’re ready to go to bed.

    • Follow your normal bedtime routine.

    • We’re not looking to change any habits during the home sleep test.

  • Put the finger probe on your non-dominant hand.

    • Ex: If you’re right-handed, place the sensor on your left hand.

  • Be sure to wear the device for at least 6 hours.
